To be a chi weenie in our house means you must love rides!!!!
Notice the puppy on her dress
(wee man looks so happy to be riding around AGAIN)
Too say Eviee loves this dog would be the biggest understatement of the year! She is totally and completely in love with this dog it is just crazy. We can not go more then five minutes without her asking where "wee wee is".

From Ree too Dee Entry 2

This meal could not have been any more simple to make. It took me all of maybe 15 min to brown the meat and cut up the veggies. (my kind of meal)

When you have a little one running around easy is ALWAYS better.

Anyways the reason why I chose this meal is because it has mushrooms and garlic!!! Two of my favorite things in the world! I seriously eat garlic on just about anything I wonder how Sean kisses me sometimes LOL I LOVE GARLIC!

Red wine. Have you ever cooked with it? Me either I drink alot  sometimes but never have cooked with it. I just used what I had at the house and right now my house smells AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

But as far as the taste goes I myself think that this would be better cooked in a crock pot all day. The meat is still a little tough and I think it needs a little more seasoning. Sean likes it but thinks that it needs to be served over potatoes (he's such a man) LOL

The stew is served over egg noodles and I added peas just because the way I was raise you got to have a veggie as a side. (the veggies I mentioned about were just onion and garlic)

Y'all a few more of these post and your gonna be wishing I was your wife! HA!!!!

Follow the link and make this amazing stew!

From Ree too Dee Entry 1

First of all I must say that this is my 100th blog post!!!! WOW! I had no idea that I had posted that many. Anyways onto what really matters.

CHILI! Not only Chili but Ree Dummond's Chili

Lets just say that if you could smell my house through your computer you would be drooling! It smell fantastic!!!!

The bad thing and I feel so stupid to say this on my 1st entry but I forgot to take pictures of the  whole process but honestly with a 19 month old and two puppies walking around the "process pictures" will most likely never happen. But I did take a couple of pics after it was all in the pot.

This Chili was so easy to make and so easy to eat! First meal SUCCESS!!!! The hubby is happy and so am I.
Here is the link for Ree Dummonds Chili Recipe y'all just have to try it!

Hey y'all. I told you I would be back revealing who's cook book I was going to cook my way through so without further ado.... Ree Drummond THE PIONEER WOMAN!!!!! OMG I LOVE HER!!!! ( If you don't know who I'm talking we seriously can't be friends anymore) If you  are southern then you have to know who Ree is.

So the title comes from Well her name is Ree. My name is Desiree but my whole life people have called me Dee so From Ree to Dee. From Ree's kitchen to Dee's kitchen!

I am excited to get started! I am not the best cook in the world but I'm not the worst either and maybe just maybe by the time I get done cooking my way through her book I will have learned a few things to help get better.

I have to tell y'all that Sean is over the moon with me cooking through her book. He is happy knowing that at least three nights a week we are going to have a fabulous meal!!! LOL

So here is the low down.. I am going to cook my way through her cook book. Choosing two to three meals a week and one to two desserts all the while documenting the ins and outs of each meal I have chosen. Now I am not going to go page by page. I am going to kinda mix it up a bit. One day choosing a beef dish and the next maybe chicken get the picture???

So tonight I am starting with something simple, something I know I can't mess up. CHILI!!!! Hello who doesn't love chili! I have always made chili from those seasoning packets, you know the ones I'm talking about. This time though HOMEMADE ALL THE WAY BABY! EKKKKK I can't wait to fill my house with the wonderful aroma of her chili!

Stay tuned tonight I will post my first entry From Ree to Dee!

Natural Cleaning Products

One thing that I have been trying to change 100% is my cleaning products. Ive always used natural cleaners for Eviee's toys and things and on my floors when she was crawling around but never changed ALL of my product. So now I am in the process of switching any and all cleaning products I use in my home. Some I have been using for awhile and a few are new. Give it a try!!!

Multi surface cleaners:
12 oz white vinegar
12tsp of all natural dish soap ( mine is lavendar scent, which helps with the vinegar smell)
1tsp of natural laundry detergent (also lavendar scent)
(fill the rest of the bottle with water)

Bathroom cleaner:
Hydrogen peroxide (simple replace the cap with a spray head)
Spray tub, counter top, and toilet down wipe clean.

(hard stains-sprinkle baking soda on stain add a dab of water let sit for a minute the wipe clean)

Also use Hydrogen peroxide on windows and mirrors, within 30 seconds it will dry streak-free. Works great on clothing stains as well. Simply spray on let sit for a few and throw in the wash.

Carpet Stain Remover:
Pour a good amount of rubbing alcohol on spot and scrub clean/dry

Furniture Polish:
One cup of Olive oil and half a cup of lemon juice.
You only need a dub. Rub over furniture then wipe down with a clean cloth to pick up excess oil.
It's keeps your furniture looking great and seems to keep dust off longer. Also who doesn't love the smell of lemons.
( I keep mine in a glass cruet with a spout and stopper)

I Thought I would post a few pictures of some of the products I do use that are already ready for you in case you are like me how I used to be and want convenience.

Eviee's favorite things

I wanted to do a post on Eviee's favorite things so that ten years from now we can remember what she loved to play with, her favorite things to eat and some of the products we use on her.

Eviee's great grandma and grandpa got her this for Christmas and she loves to play with it. She walks around holding the tea cup saying "tea" and then hands you the other cup and clinks them together saying "cheers". HAHA she is so funny!

This wagon is supposed to be used to pull toys around but Eviee thinks its "her ride". LOL she will climb into it and yell "momma ull" wanting me to pull her around.

She still loves to look and listen to books. I hope she is always does.

Girl after my own heart. She loves baby dolls and babies. She will would make a great big sister ;)

Eviee has five thousand other toys that don't get played with to much but hey a girl likes what a girl likes.

We fed these to Eviee when she was a "baby" and she still loves them so I still buy them! Hey whatever gets those veggies in!

And she still eats the puffs and melts

She loves yogurt! She would eat all day if her tummy could handle it. (they have soy but these dang stores around here can't make up their mind as to wether or not they want to carry it week to week)

And she loves cheese. Her yogurt and cheese she gets before noon or else she wouldn't be able to sleep at night. I hope she grows out of this lactose problem :(

Loves these fruit snacks

She eats these for breakfast ALOT!

Blueberries and strawberries are her favorite fruits!

I feed her a lot of Morning star products. All most of them Sean and I like too. No we are not vegetarians but who really needs to be eating that meat!

These are great!

Ok well I could go on and on because Eviee likes to eat A LOT! And I am always trying to find new healthy foods for her too eat. Also I just did a post on the Kale chips and Eviee loves them!!! I had to take the bag away from her!!!

Burt's Bee products are just amazing! I love everything they have and they make Eviee smell lovely!

We use Pampers diapers and wipes. We tried cloth diapers and wipes but..... this momma loves pampers.

She uses these cups

Britax is the best car seat EVER! We will never use anything else again!

Love this stroller.Just wish it was a tad smaller.

We use this now

But we are fixing to try this.

And we use this to carry all of Eviees things in. So cute!! We love owls!

Anyways these are just some things that our house has to have or Eviee or mommy wouldn't be to happy!,,.

Health food stores

Do you ever shop your local health food store?

I do and I love them. If we had a decent one around here that would be the only place I shopped!

Anyways Sean Eviee and I went up to Rogers yesterday and they have a new BIG health food store called The Fresh Market. I fell in love!!!

The store has everything you could think of. We bought what we could (shelf life items) considering we were no where near home to put things in the refrigerator or freezer.

I bought some Coconut Oil. Ever heard of it? Well supposedly you can use Coconut Oil for just about anything. Take it daily for hundreds of different health benefits, put it on you skin to cure dryness, prevent or fade wrinkles (you know I'll be all over this) use it on age spots, your child diaper rash, on your nipples (breastfeeding KILLS your nipples those first few weeks) (sorry to much info??? LOL) use it with baking soda for toothpaste, use it as a hair treatment, and replace your oils when cooking.

Look it up, it is crazy how many different things you can use it for. I can't wait to start using it! I'll let y'all know how I like it.

Do you eat any kind of "diet or protein" bar??? Think Thin is the name of the bars we like. We have been eating them for years now. They have many different flavors and they really do feel you up.  The bad thing is they taste so good you have to convince your self that you only need one. HA!

Kale do you eat it? We'll you should! It is an amazing food! I put in my green smoothie I try to make at least five mornings out of the week. ( two handfuls of spinach, one handful of kale, half an apple, half banana, one orange, six strawberries, and a half a cup of  greek yogurt) It taste SO good and gives you all kinds of energy.  Anyways we like kale so much that we decided to try Kale chips!  Yep you heard right. Veggie chips. (nothing new around here) We haven't opened them yet but they look so good. I hope Eviee likes them.

If you haven't ever been to a health food store you should give it a shot! I'm glad I found a new one that is close enough to go to and stock up on a few items.

Hope y'all have a good day! Get healthy!

My mind is running

So I wrote awhile back that Sean's ex was AS ALWAYS being a BITCH and taking us back to court. With this being said we go in April and according to our Lawyer our child support will go up but we are throwing the ball back at her! More on this later but my hopes are we walk out of court with the bitch so pissed off! HEHE ok enough of the bad words (maybe).

I have now posted both of my dogs on craigslist! And the funny thing is I still have them. I have received so many replys with people wanting them but as soon as those replys start coming in I remember why I got them and remember how much Eviee loves them and I just can't let them go. I guess deep down I love them too even though they drive me INSANE! I have to much OCD issues to have a dog inside let alone two but here we are we have had them both almost 7 weeks and I'm still making it.

If you know me well then you know that I do not buy something unless I NEED it or unless the old one broke. ( this does not include Eviee lol) Well with that being said Sean finally got the flat screen TV he has been wanting (but we didn't need).  But the man deserves it and ten more on top of it! I know your problem laughing thinking she just now got one???? But really I don't see the point in buying new electronicss when they come out because lets face it you would be buying something everyday!  Anyways we have joined the rest of the world.

Do you find yourself getting so sick of eating the same thing everyday???? ME TOO! So I decided to cook my way through "beep beep's" cook book. I am also going to blog about this. (to my friend you know who you are I WILL WRITE A POST EACH NIGHT ON WHAT I MADE SO GET READY TO FALL OFF OUT OF YOUR CHAIR LOL). I am going to try and get the cook book this week and when I have it then I will un "beep" the name! LOL its early and I'm still working on my coffee.

I have talked about this house and how it needs updating. Well we have decided  that what will be best for us is to wait a year to do any "BIG" projects and work on getting savings built up and what "little" debt we have paid off.  We are still going to take our vacation although with us having to go back to court and paying a FREAKING SMALL FORTUNE for a lawyer I'm not sure that we are going to be able to make it all the way to GA but we are still going to try our best and when the times comes if we can't then we will just go somewhere a little closer to home. After we get back we are going to be working our way through the Dave Ramsey book. I know a few people who have done this and they say it was the best thing the ever did. Sean and I don't have alot of debt (at all) especially compared to some other people but we do have some and would like to take care of all of it this year. (this doesn't include the house or my new car). So this is our plan and I am praying that we can stick with it and make it work. If we can then we could have all the other little things paid off by October! That would be amazing!

I signed Eviee up for Mothers Day Out. It's a program that the local Baptist Church offers where your child comes one to two days a week for six hours a day. When we were pregnant with Eviee we had planned on sending her when she turned a year old. But I am just one of those people that truly believes each child is different and you just know weather or not they are ready for something. Well a year came and Eviee was ready but was having some "allergic reaction" problems and breaking out in hives all the time and I sure as heck wasn't going to send her then. But she hasn't had any problems in awhile so I think by the time September rolls around (that's when they start back up) that she will be more then ready to go. I know she will love being around all the other kids. And I know it will be good for her. Mommy may just cry every time I drop her off. NO LIE!

Did you know that in the State of AR that if you do not have a written will stating who your child's guardian shall be in the event that both parents die that your child will be place in foster care until it is decided in court???? The problem with this is what if you don't have anybody?  I have two sisters but neither one of them is in the position to care for another child and my brother is not even a choice. My parents along with my mil we feel that they have raised their kids and we don't want to take their life away. My mom and my mil both have told me they would take her but we just don't feel that it would be a good decision. So who does that leave us with? I am saying all of this while I know who both Sean and I agree would be best to care for Eviee in the event that we both die but I haven't yet talked to that person and both our families would be so hurt. And then what if that person says "no". I would totally understand it but then I will really be begging God to let me live at least long enough to raise Eviee until she can take care of herself.  It is so hard to think of a person you would want to raise your kids. I want and hope that Sean and I will be able to see Eviee have kids and her kids have kids (ok well I want be able to see great grand kids Sean is well gonna be OLD LOL I love you honey). I hope this never becomes a issue but I know we need to get this done.

Do you have life insurance on your kids???? Well Eviee has two policy's and both are so great that in the event that she choose at the age of 18 or 21 you pick that she doesn't want to continue to pay on it then she can cash it out and have every penny we have paid on it and by the time she turns 18 both policy's double in value and both will be a pretty good chuck of money for her to use for college or a car or whatever. Well anyways what I was getting to is I just signed Eviee up for the Gerber life college plan. She has had Gerber Life insurance since she was born but I just changed it to the Grow Up Plan. It is amazing and if you have kids you really must check it out.

Ok so all of this Life insurance talks brings me to my last bit of info for the day. I have always had a problem with anxiety but since I have had Eviee is has gone through the roof. I worry all day and night about things most people never even think about. I also always feel like I am running a Marathon even if I am just doing the dishes. I feel like I am always on a roller coaster that is never stopping. I am tried of being like this. And I am thinking about getting some help. But this is a post in its self.

Valentines past and present

Can you believe how much has change between last V-day and now? My baby is now a toddler! CRAZY!!!!! And whats else has changed is the amount of love I have for this little girl. My love for her grows so much everyday!!!!
